How am I eligible for returning a product purchased on ShakifStore.com?
Returns will be accepted only if you have received an item “Damage”, “Defective” or “Different colour”.
In case of faulty or damaged product
- Please do not accept if the package is torn, tampered, damaged or there are signs of leakage.
- If you suspect that the package is damaged or please take an unboxing video of the product to claim return and exchange.
How do I return a product(s) purchased on ShakifStore .com ?
If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund/exchange, you may return your item(s) to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following:
- The product(s) should not be used
- The product(s) should be packed with the original packaging received
- Once we receive the Items, we will investigate the order case and process the refund
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- if you would like an exchange, the paid amount minus shipping charges will be deducted from the price of the new items, or it can be added as Store Credit to your account for the next order
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
- The payment for all the returned products will be done to the customer’s shakif store account in the form of store credit, which the customer can use for his/her next purchase.
